These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bip999 website, mobile platform, and all services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by bip999 ("we", "us", or "our") and is intended solely for use by adults aged 21 years and above located in Bangladesh.

By accessing or using bip999 in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you ("the User" or "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

bip999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

1.1 Eligibility. To register an account with bip999, you must: (a) be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity); (b) be at least 21 years of age; (c) be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and during ongoing use of the Platform; (d) provide accurate, complete, and current personal information; and (e) not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently in force on bip999 or any affiliated platform.

1.2 Account Information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details. Any change to your name, mobile number, bKash wallet number, Nagad number, or email address must be reported to bip999 support promptly. We reserve the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or misleading.

1.3 One Account Rule. Each person may hold only one active account on bip999 at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bip999 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all duplicate accounts will be closed, and any funds or bonus winnings accrued through the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

1.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for keeping your bip999 username, password, and OTP codes confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bip999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify bip999 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

1.5 Age Verification. bip999 may require documentary evidence of age at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or following a security review. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending verification.

2.1 Supported Payment Methods. bip999 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select local bank transfers. The availability of specific channels may change from time to time. The current list of active payment methods is always displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform.

2.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit on bip999 is ৳200. The maximum single deposit may vary by payment method and account verification status. bip999 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits without prior notice. Players subject to responsible gaming deposit limits will have those limits applied in precedence over standard platform limits.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts during business hours (9:00 AM to 11:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time, BST/UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available window. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bip999 does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

2.4 Verification Before First Withdrawal. A full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. This involves submitting a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport and confirming ownership of the payment method you intend to use for the withdrawal. Funds will not be released until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.5 Withdrawal to Registered Methods Only. Withdrawals may only be sent to a payment method registered in your bip999 account in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw to an account or wallet belonging to another person will result in immediate account suspension and a full fraud investigation.

2.6 Currency. All transactions on bip999 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bip999 does not accept or process deposits or withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion is applied, and no foreign-exchange risk is passed to the player.

3.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bip999 are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

3.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's terms at the time of offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus funds and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.

3.3 Welcome Bonus. New players who register a bip999 account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.

3.4 Bonus Abuse. bip999 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk (known as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting"), using automated tools or bots to place bets, and colluding with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, bip999 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

3.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. bip999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may not be combined with each other unless the terms of one or both explicitly state otherwise. Players who have already opted into a promotion before it is withdrawn will continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.

4.1 Game Providers. Casino games available on the bip999 Platform are supplied by third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game is governed by the rules and return-to-player (RTP) parameters set by the respective provider. bip999 does not alter game outcomes or RTP settings.

4.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game and betting market on bip999 has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface or market listing. These limits may be adjusted from time to time. Players whose betting patterns are deemed unusual may have individual stake limits applied to their account at bip999's sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bip999 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using bip999 to launder funds derived from illegal activities. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable laws.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human instruction for each action.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any other multi-player format.

7.1 Intellectual Property. 7.2 Platform Availability. bip999 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. bip999 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by Platform downtime.

7.3 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bip999's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bip999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7.4 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through bip999's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

7.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

7.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bip999 with respect to use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
